At Hacienda Maderos de Ensenada, we believe every great project is built with vision, commitment, and transparency. That’s why we’re excited to share the progress being made on-site—reaching key milestones and moving steadily toward creating a livable, sustainable environment in harmony with the nature of southern Chile.
Here are the main achievements to date:
We have finalized the topographic survey of the land, which allows us to accurately define the layout of the terrain and move forward with the design of roads, access points, and future stages of the project. This step is essential to ensure proper planning and efficient land use.
We’re pleased to announce that the electrical infrastructure is now fully completed. This guarantees future access to a regulated, safe, and reliable energy network—designed to meet urban standards even in the natural, rural setting of Ensenada.
One of the most critical infrastructures for livability—the potable water network—is now 50% complete. This system will ensure reliable access to clean water and has been designed with efficiency, long-term durability, and sustainability in mind.
The water system is now in its final stages and currently undergoing review by the Chilean Health Authority (Servicio de Salud), a key step in the regulatory process to enable formal approval and future operation.
These milestones reflect our strong commitment to delivering a serious, responsible project—aligned with the expectations of those who have placed their trust in us.
Located in the heart of Ensenada, with privileged views of Lake Llanquihue and the Osorno Volcano, Hacienda Maderos offers not only agroforestry-ready parcels in a one-of-a-kind setting, but also a tangible promise of long-term quality of life.
We’ll continue to share updates as the project evolves, because we believe that building the future also means building trust.
